I'm not from New Hampshire — but I spent my Summers in College here, hiking the White Mountains and rock climbing in Rumney and North Conway. When I started looking for a place to relocate to from DC, I wanted to find a place near the hiking and the climbing and ended up buying a house in Rumney Village, less than a mile from the crags.

Have you always been in real estate? If not, how did you find real estate and what did you do before? Share your story of how your pre-real estate life skills provide benefits to your career today.

My first real job out of College was as a journalist, where I covered local government — and most of local government is land use and development issues. After that I worked on climate advocacy and campaigns, which gave me a pretty deep understanding of what cities and towns need to do to make their communities climate resilient. Now I'm transferring that experience to specialize in helping people find, buy, and invest in climate resilient properties.
